Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist nur möglich, wenn die bevorstehende Reise aufgrund offizieller Reisewarnungen oder Einreisestopps nicht möglich ist bzw. unser Betrieb aufgrund behördlicher Bestimmungen geschlossen wurde. 

Liegen für die Reise keine offiziellen Reisewarnungen oder Ähnliches vor oder eine Anreise ist aufgrund einer Erkrankung oder angeordneter Quarantänemaßnahme für den Mieter nicht möglich, gelten unsere Stornierungsbedingungen gemäß unseren AGB. In diesem Fall ist keine Erstattung von geleisteten Zahlungen möglich und die bestehenden Forderungen bleiben bestehen.

Cancellation free of charge is only possible if the upcoming trip is not possible due to official travel warnings or entry bans or if our company has been closed due to official regulations.

If there are no official travel warnings or similar for the trip or if the tenant is unable to travel due to illness or quarantine measures ordered, our cancellation conditions apply in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. In this case, no refund of payments made is possible and the existing claims remain.
